We understand that the delivery Policy is long but we ask that you please read what is written thoroughly and if there is anything do not understand please contact us....

Deliveries may be delayed due to COVID-19 or situations beyond our control by delivery companies. We recommend waiting a few days after the expected delivery date before sending your request.
UK PARCELS...
Parcels that are to shipped within the UK will arrive within 2-5 business days from the day it was posted out and a signature will be required when the parcel arrives. All parcels will come well packaged and will not display our Painful Pleasures name on the packaging but an return address will be on there. **NOTE** your contact details are only used by us and only given to the delivery courier we send your parcel with we do not share your details with anyone else.
What is required from you to have your parcel shipped.
a) Full name of person whom we are sending the parcel to.
b) Valid full postal address including postcode/zip-code.
c) Please provide us with a phone number for our delivery service if its a land line please provide us with the area code.
You can have your parcel shipped with insurance to cover any damaged that might occur for this you will need to send us a message with your order and once order packaged up we can tell you the additional price which you can then pay via PayPal.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING...
International shipping takes approximate up to 21 working days. Once your parcel is ready to be dispatched will provide you with a tracking number on the dispatch notice. We cannot be held responsible liable to provide a refund or re-ship the goods for an item arriving at an incorrect, non-valid address.
Parcels delivered when not at home.
All of the carriers we use will try and deliver the parcel to the specified address that we are given at the time of order. When the parcel courier attempts to deliver and no one is there then the courier should.
A) Leave you a card asking you to contact them to re-deliver the parcel,
B) Leave you a card stating where you can collect your parcel from (like collect from Post office/Delivery depot),
C) Leave you a card explaining that they have left the parcel somewhere safe (like with a neighbour, behind a bin etc)
**NOTE** Please understand that, while we find it is an incredibly rare thing, if a package becomes lost somewhere between the times of us posting your item out and when it should arrive to your home, we sadly cannot not be held responsible or liable to provide a refund or re-ship the goods.
ABOUT DAMAGED PARCELS.
We can not be held responsible or liable to provide a refund or to ship out new goods that arrive at the customers address in damaged condition.
We always make sure items are well wrapped using items such as bubble wrap, paper, bubble wrap bags, bubble bag, foam, boxes, plastic tubing, we always make sure to take any item with glass in or anything else that is fragile we use fragile tape as well and sometimes the fragile stickers.
*** IF at any point you receive a package that looks damaged open it up in front of the courier and if items are damaged make a report take photos get the courier to sign some sort of paper work to prove the item came damaged the you can make a claim yourself to the delivery compan. We have photos as well to show the item packaged before we hand off to courier address. ***
CUSTOMS/IMPORT INFORMATION.
The prices we charge will cover the cost of the goods along the prices charged by the postal provider that we use for the delivery service. Any additional fees, such as import tax and admin charges from the postal provider, are not our responsibility they solely the responsibility of you the customer. Because of this we do not quote these fees or charge an additional to cover them. Import fees vary by country so we ask that if you are ordering from outside of the EU, you look into your country’s customs and import laws.
If you buy products from us that are subsequently seized and/or destroyed or returned to us at the point of import, due to being illegal to import into your country, we are not liable to provide a refund or re-ship the goods. So due to this we ask that you please check your custom and import laws before ordering.
Goods and their value will be declared on the appropriate customs paperwork. We will be discreet where possible but we will give as much information as we feel is necessary to get your parcel to you please also note that we will not falsify the contents or their value, but we will be as discreet as possible and not write sex or bdsm toys.

We do take PayPal payments. Payments by PayPal can take up to 2 hours to clear
If you do not have a PayPal account we are able to pass out bank details though it can take from a couple of hours to 2 working days for a bank payment to show on the account.
